Animated Bulkhead redeco?

From a website that has featured real and fake TFs, this one is being touted as a real upcoming release.
Not sure why Hasbro are trying to pad out a 'cancelled' line, but this one is a redeco of the Voyager Bulkhead figure, and will probably be released early next year with the other Voyagers (if it is legit).

The redeco is the dark green one with more black on it. But since it is being shown with a red one (which is likely to be a KO), I'm hesitant in calling this in either direction.

I love this mould intensely, but don't think much of the redeco. I'd prefer it if the red one were the genuine recolour, since it's much like the original prototype (the one that was pretty much all we had to go by when it came to Animated toys for a while there back at the beginning.) Also, it would have been cool if the recolour was one of the multitude of repainted Bulkheads from #4 of the comic book (I don't think this one is, is it?)

it's a pass for me unless I can get more value on my dollar for it...

(Hasbro, don't spend anymore R&D on repaints and redecos, invest on something new, like animated perceptor or wheeljack or omega supreme or leader-class lugnut or or...)

Looks like a home job to me looking at the back end that is black, it looks patchy and there seems to be a lot of scratches on the item overall.
