Default custom devastator giganticus now with updated pics!

Im sure you guys have already seen this up at a few boards that i frequent -

noticed that there were 5 construction vehicles in the cybertron thread and i absolutley love my gestalt combiner figures....

so i figure... hey why not make a huge devastator out of the construction vehicles.. and im talking huge!

becuase I am using metroplex for the base figure, the total devastator is larger than 1 foot!

just need to get them repainted now to a metallic green and a purple a la G1 style and im done.. any feedback will be greatly appreciated!

Very clever. Are they stuck together or clicked together?

Hey welldone. Very original. Definitely should mold the head to look more like Devastator.

But this figure would be massive. Great idea.

Looking forward to your updated pics after the repaint.

they are clicked together.. not stuck.. ive tried to keep the figures as origional to mint as possible as well which was a huge challenge. the arm figures stick onto his minicon ports and the leg figures stick into the groove where metroplexs legs used to be i actually think once hes painted metroplexs head will look quite similar to devastators

and the combined bot size is 17"... lol (where and how im going to display him on my shelves i have no idea... )

i read metro is the size of a small child, you might want to remove the autobot stickers

I can't tell from the pics, but could Landmine and Menasor be swapped, or are the sizes too different? I'm just thinking payloader-leg and drill-arm, here.

me no speaka American -- according to Google that's 43cm.
    Ooh, that's impressive!

I like how you've clicked them together and tried to leave each individual figure as close to their original forms as possible instead of "kitbashing" them -- while I appreciate the craft behind kitbashing, I totally appreciate what you're trying to do here by trying to create a gestalt with minimal 'interference' with the original figures.

    Is nice!

looks crazy, how stable is it? can it be picked up and moved around without breaking apart?

    good work.
