From the Asian site The Arker, pics of Cybertron Mode Ratchet and Arcee, with stickers saying that they will be exclusive to Toys R Us stores in America.
Unfortunately for us, that reduces the odds of these two appearing here, as they now won't be part of the general release assortments - which means Hasbro AUS will need to convince a local retailer here to want to take them.
