Default Official Images of EZ Devastator (G1 Colour)

Still prefer the movie colours, but this looks nice especially the individual bots.
    Any opinions?

    Thanks.

IMO this set doesn't look as awful like most other G1 coloured movie toys do, but at the same time it doesn't appeal to me either. I felt the same about G1 coloured movie Jazz (I know a lot of other people really loved that toy but I didn't, even without TRU's ridiculous asking price). I can see how this toy would appeal to some people, but it's not my cup of tea. (;^^)

I appreciate what they are trying to pull-off with this recolour, however it will be a 'pass' for me also. I'll be picking up the Hasbro version when released early next year instead.

I say it's a clever plan by Has/Tak to release Devy in G1 Colours for the fans, but i personally like the movie colours better ... although that scrapper does look pretty nice

I too am getting a bit tired of seeing the standard redeco of constructicon toys in green and purple. A nod or homage should be a one off thing that is exciting to have standing out in the collection, not overdone to the point that its boring and a regular feature in a collection.
Certain characters may require traditional colours, but if the classic colours of each new Constructicons toy(s) aren't 'good enough' for their first release, then maybe it shouldn't be used as an excuse to sell extra units as a redeco.

Probably some of the same images as above - http://www.seibertron.com/transforme...colours/18056/

The individual toys look reasonably good but the combined form looks poor.
