will australia be getting the white demolisher and ict 2 pack?
you remold the head on reapints which is great but you do not do this with the scouts whi is this? will you be changing the head sculpts with upcoming repaints?
why didnt you put wheelie in the scout class? and if you dont make the other kitchen bots can a 3rd party obtain the rights to produce them?
I won't be asking those questions above, as they would need to be answered by Hasbro US (which we don't have access to anymore).
I haven't got anything back for the December submission, so just sent the following for January:
Just a couple of queries on items, as most of the new stuff was listed in the December Qs email.
1 - Shanghai Showdown (White Demolishor and IceCream Truck Twins - US ToysRUs exclusive)
2 - Movie Leader 2-pack with Jetfire and Optimus Prime (Asian Exclusive, but not for Japan)
If not already, try to get the Animated cartoon back on TV in some way, as there is heaps of Animated product hitting stores right now. We have quite a few new toys coming up, and a lot of the old toys being dumped on us for cheap. Plus we have the Australian DVD release just recently up to volume 6, with a boxed set also just in stores containing the first four volumes. With the interest in the Movie dying off (the toys are just too darn complex to keep a lot of the kids coming back for more, after the initial 'souvenir' phase of the Theatre/DVD season), and the next TV series is still probably a year away, I think now would be a good time to push the whole Animated Series in Australia again to keep the TFs brand in the minds and eyesight of the public. Most consumers will probably see it as a welcome, colourful change to the brand in stores, for their youngens, who are the target audience of TFs anyway.
Just my thoughts as a long time consumer/observer of the brand.
Hmm, here's some rough questiony things
Seeing as we know Ravage won't be a mail away, will we have another option to get him? Or just the long, drawn-out process of bothering people in America to get it for us?
Also, news on the Deadlift/Beachcomber and Trenchmouth/Slapdash two packs might be useful, although they haven't even been released in America yet
Well I think SOME access to Hasbro beats no access at all. Nice of AU to keep it up.
I'm really hoping they do something for Ravage, as I'm not liking how quickly a recent one skyrocketted on ebay.
On the lookout for MISB Headmaster Highbrow, Takara or Hasbro. I'm sure I could make you a sweet deal!
