I just bought Human Alliance Barricade, maybe a KO

If you see HA barricade on ebay, don't buy them yet. It still not appear in offical retail shop yet, but already appear on some small dealer's shelf.

I bought one. It has 6 dents on the car panel where are supposed to be just flat and smooth. The photoes on sibertron.com do not have those dents. But I think mine has overall higher quality than the one they use.

Other than these dents, quality is, I think, better than HA bumblebee I bought in Kmart. The paint is good, the whole body of the car does not have a single gap that ant can pass through (remember the doors on HA bumblebee?). Feeling is sooo solid holding it. But again, the dents there.

So I don't know if this is KO. So I suggest buy them in Kmart or Target, if you missed, then bad luck. Don't try to buy on ebay then.

If later on this toy sold in Kmart don't have those dents, then mine this one is KO, otherwise, just another time Hasbro loosed their QC.

Quite a few Transformers are sold by chinese sources that are taken from the factory, either loose or even in packaging. It is very unlikely that HA Barricade would be KOed already. The only time we've had KOs coming out quickly were small figures (like scouts), and samples of those were floating around months before their released. HA Barricade is a very big complex toy, and hasn't been out for very long, so if it is ever KOed, it shouldn't be for some time.

Quite a few online stores have Barricade already anyway, so it has been officially released. You either have one with poor Quality Control, or a pre-production sample that was stolen from the factory (which happens a lot in recent years).

It's possible that its not a KO but a factory reject.

This one has package, so I think this is not pre-production model.


I bought it from a Chinese "ebay". I only saw one seller at the moment in ebay AU.

Without these dents, it would be better than HA bumblebee.

I will check if later Kmart's stock has dent or not.
