Toy restoration services - anyone recommend one?

Comic restoration can be big business, but I never really thought to look in to toy restoration. I did a google search, and there are a few in business that do handle Japanese toys. I was wondering whether anyone has tried this before, and can recommend a good value one. Or even a customiser who can do light touch ups like rechroming of older toys. I've bought several mail-away Powerdasher jets, and the chrome has just worn away, but otherwise they are perfect pieces. I'd love to be able to get him looking new, as they just NEVER go on the market as MISP toys, unlike the Omnibots.

Come to think of it, I haven't heard of anything other than a GIJoe restorer (which probably wouldn't be much used to our robotic toys.
Maybe some of the more experienced customisers (here or overseas), would be better suited to do that sort of thing. Look through the artistic section for some of the more frequent customisers, and send them an email to get their thoughts on viability and cost (if they can do it).

I actually do toy restorations and have done so for many years. I can repair/restore pretty much any toy from tin to plastic.
