It looks like he's taken the forearms (and the missile launchers & missiles) off Classics Jetfire and removed the fist from the left one.

He's then cut the original missile and attached it to the left forearm where the fist is meant to go.

Add copious layers of metallic silver or purple paint on some of the original parts and voila! Energon Shockblast is now Universe Shockwave.

It's okay I guess (since the original Shockblast looks stupid with his massive cannon).

haha didn't think off it being taken from other TF parts, do you know the rest, how about the chest and feet, looks like something you can custom yourself

The feet and chest are the original components on Shockblast - they've just had paint applied to them.

The feet and the chest is originally Hasbro grey whilst the chestplate is green... he's just painted all the bits and pieces.

Hmmm.... that custom suddenly seems do-able.
I think his cannon barrel is a bit short though and the right missile is a bit out of place, but it still is very nice.

Yep. Frenzy rumble also did a similar one but instead of jetfire arms, vyb def scattorshot mould arms were used. That said the diff with this apparent add on kit is it's cast in the right colour for the plastics. Or at least that is what the guys auction description says. (:

Am I the only one who thinks that thing looks fugly, amateurish and is the antithesis of an improvement on Energon Shockblast?
