For those who bought black rotf prime from Japan amazon, have you found this toy has lower quality than original colour prime sold in Kmart?

Coz mine definitely is. Surface is not smooth, but rough with many scrach lines.

This is not the first time I found "exclusive"s had lower quality than original ones.
