when were tm fractyl and green ramulus released at botcon?

The link for Ramulas explains the green version was supposed to be released in the main line, like black Prowl and white Dinobot, but never happened, so only a few pre-production samples exist.

The link for TM Fractyl also explains that it was never produced as a toy. It was only a one-off handpainted prop used for BotCon.
