Another reason I personally don't like the multi lingual packaging, I like the bios.
Even if they say stuff we know, I think it's nice that toys have a little story about them on the packaging.
Gets others interested in the characters as well as the toy.

I don't mind multilingual packaging so long as it doesn't compromise stuff like the bios. e.g. with the multilingual late G1 (and G1.5) stuff we had decent bios despite having multilingual tech specs. The early Armada catalogue comics were trilingual - and I quite liked that. It gets annoying when the bios are compromised, like with the multilingual Beast Wars packaging.

I've yet to see the multilingual moofie stuff though.

    Changed topic title.

As to the query - the latest batch of FABs (Arcee, Sideswipe redeco, and repacks) are non-US American versions. Probably Hasbro AUS only had access to that version at the time they ordered new stock.
Same has happened recently with the Animated Bumper Battlers (Canadian Versions), Animated Deluxes (non-US American) and Movie Deluxes (Hong Kong versions).

The toys are the same, but the multi-lingual packaging just has no room for bios.
