This is a Leader becoming a Voyager. They have also made 2 voyagers (Ironhide and Ratchet) Deluxe figures.

So logically should we expect to see a Scout class Bumblebee?

I wouldn't have agreed with you last week, but after getting Deluxe Ratchet, I want those two too. Then I can finally pose my more favoured Autobots and Decepticons together without the Deceps looking like shrimps.
