Twins returning for TF3?

Michael Bay tried to convince people that Megatron was not returning in TF2, and is now saying the Twins aren't in TF3... yeah, who's gonna believe anything he says now?

Anyway, from his website is that little red herring.

And from another website are some photos snapped of a pair of Chevy Sparks, sporting Autobot symbols on the hubcaps and the Twin's colours.

Looks like the movie-watchers are finding a fair few of the robotic cast at the moment as they are being moved to filming locations.
At least GM still see the value of being involved, and they keep their familiar forms. (the twins are a new model car, but similar to their TF2 models)

So Im really confused regarding the Twins. Superherohype is reporting Michael Bay has stated they wont be back:

Then Comicbookmovie has these pics of what looks like the Twins upgraded, that or Bay has gone and gotten himself a brand new pair of twins!!

Megatron not appearing in TF2 was at least a believable claim since the died at the end of TF1. And IMO he shouldn't have appeared in ROTF (I reckon TF2 should've had Starscream at the helm (even if he was subservient to The Fallen) with Megatron returning as Galvatron in TF3). But the Twins survived at the end of ROTF so obviously they're going to reappear in TF3. Right?!
