3rd motorcycle?

What ever happened to the 3rd movie motorcycle toy that was supposed to be released at some indeterminate time? We got Arcee and Chromia, but the third cycle that was supposed to combine with them never materialised.

It only bothers me vaguely since Arcee and Chromia clearly have parts designed for a combination gimmick, and now we'll never know what that might have looked like...

(of course, it may have been this monstrosity, but it'd have been nice to know for sure...)

Elita One has been confirmed to be released later this year, unfortunately though she is just a repaint of Chromia, no changes other than colour.

yes, hasbro said they'll be releasing the instructions to combine them online.

Since the new mid-year product line has been announced, I haven't heard anything more about the 3rd one being released.

according to this "Elita-1" is expected in Hunt for the Decepticons Deluxe Wave 2 with "Sidearm Sideswipe"

Has anyone considered that maybe the Hunt for the Decepticons Elita-One may come with a component piece that allows the combination of all three motorbikes?
