What did I call the topic again? My apologies for bad naming tho I will say there's nothing wrong with B1 and B2!

And yep, Iceburn, I'd be a definite sucker like Paulbot.

But if you think about it the whole line is virtually for suckers like us.

I doubt the Convoy would be die-cast - that mould has never been done as Die Cast. Takara may have beefed it up, but TakaraTomy aren't quite as generous.

Still, live in hope, I guess.

That Japanese text does actually say that BT Convoy will be die-cast.

A Ram mold was created for diecast but not used due to the expense untill e-Hobby funded BT-17 Black Convoy.

I heard that the metal used for Black Convoy wasn't actually diecast either, it was something cheaper. Also there are a few pieces of the body of Black Convoy theat arn't metal, which isn't unusual for BINALTECH.

Angolz ha preorders up for BT-19 and BT-20 for USD$43 each, so I'm sure BT -21 and BT-22 will be the same when they go up. Air Parcel (registered delivery in 7-10 days) for 2 BTs is about $25.

Just picked up BT-16 Skids for a rather reasonable $58 as well.

I wish they had made an Ironhide and Ratchet out of the Skids mold.

Its not heard because you only need to pain the mold red to get the Ironhide look and for Ratchet, just use a repainted Prowl head and paint the mold white with Ambulance detailing.

I guess that ultimately what prevented them from doing so was the license limitations that they had with the car companies.
