e-Hobby packaging is often fairly generic, and not toy specific. However since these toys represent the same characters as the standard Encores, they've just used the existing packaging.
I can understand why - it keeps the production cost down on these low-production-run figures. And when you consider that e-Hobby toys sell for retail prices, that saving is passed on to the buyer.
