Nope
As Iceburn said the deluxes for $24.99 are comparable to other stores, but the other Animated toy prices are high.
Classic Comics (off Bourke St) has cheaper trade paperbacks, STL will rave about that shop to you![]()
What's the RRP on the Activators line anyway?
And aye Classic Comics is usually the first place to drop by if you're in need of TPBs. Probably the cheapest out of the three comic stores (Classic, Minotaur and Comics R Us, there's only those 3 right? or is there another one I don't know of?) in the CBD. Just wished they'd update their toy stocks more often.
RRP should be the same as the Movie Basics (if I remember correctly from Toyfair).

Well if basics/scouts retail for $15-$17 locally, $20 isn't too bad for the Activators. Or so that's what I tell myself as I picked them up yesterday.
I must say the Bumblebee Activator is much better than the deluxe version. Perfect colours, great plastic and perhaps up to scale with the rest. I love the engineering on these things. Especially Bulkhead since he pretty much goes right into robot mode at a push of a button. Might pick up doubles, maybe triples when they come out locally.
