Especially if they scan up on the register as 'Animated Deluxe' instead of 'Animated Activator'. If it is hard enough to convince some Kmarts to even accept that they are Activators, it would be even more difficult to get them to accept it just to price match.

As mentioned before Activator Prime is the only one in this wave scanning up correctly as Activator, so if you managed to find prime or an older wave activator, bring it to the service counter and show it to them with a deluxe figure as well, they should believe you. I did that the last time.
