    Default Review Poll Format

We've been using the following poll choices for reviews:

    • Yes
    • Only if Cheap
    • No
    • Not Interested

I've done two reviews recently, where my suggestion to buy is definitely not a yes, but also not based on price, so was thinking it would be good to add another option for embellishing, like:

    • Yes
    • Only if Cheap
    • Only if ________ (see post)
    • No
    • Not Interested

Two examples, for the clear 2-packs, I would have chosen:

√ Only if [you like clear toys]

    Or for Jetpack Bumblebee:

√ Only if [you collect TT Animated]

Arguably, you could replace Only if Cheap, but I'd recommend against that at first as I expect that to be the most popular and common "Only If".

Make sense? What do you think?

That makes sense. A couple of things i've voted for were 'Yes' or 'Only if cheap'
However when it comes to voting there are often more things that could be said. For example most of the time i don't know if its worth it as i don't have the money to buy it. My vote is based on the fact i like it and would buy it anyway. So my vote would be:
    Only If___I had money

Another option has merit, like the 'Only if...' suggestion, but the 'Only if cheap' option is popular enough to be kept as well. As many review polls end up with that as the most popular option.
I certainly wouldn't object to people starting a review, to include another option, as I occasionaly do (like with toys that are almost identical to a previous one).

adding another option is fine with me, as long as it keeps to the same format griffin uses. i like his informational first post.

I think No is more like saying, "I recommend you don't buy it". Where as Not Interested is more of an abstain, e.g. "I don't even collect this line."

That's correct. The last option is for people who don't like the item or series enough to even determine a purchase value to it. The 'no' option is for those who were interested, or have bought it, but want to recommend to others against buying it.
I want everyone to be able to vote in the polls, not just those who are buying the item.

"Only if you like Machine Men" should be an option.
