PCC Spastic now to be given a new name

According to Power Core Combiner designer Eric Siebenaler, the toy that was going to be called Spastic, will be renamed for its US release (it was not being released in the UK anyway).

I wonder if they already started producing the toys and packaging... If so, they may just cover the name with a sticker (and us fans can still have 'Spastics' ).

So they should- putting that name on a package was just plain stupid. It might be my late night grumpy brain working- but it kind of annoys me. Some of us that have children with a disability (and also work in the disability support sector) will spend our whole lives trying to get rid of those labels.

And here Hasbro is planting the seed in kids minds in the first pace.
