I still haven't got mine into truck mode. I've got him displayed in protoform robot mode next to Protoform OP in comet mode.
One thing that did give me a giggle was Underpants Prime. Just display him in core robot mode wearing only one or the other of his codpieces. 
Very very fiddly, lots of easy to lose pieces. I'm still going to get Bumblebee mainly because I want a BB protoform. I don't regret getting the toy, but I am very underwhelmed.
