UltraMarginal: I totally agree with what you're saying. That's why I didn't like how recently in the Transformers comic series how they claimed that North Korea bordered the Republic of China (instead of the People's Republic of China)... and yet one of the front covers shows Rampage's head in front of the PRC flag. Gah... I was simply pointing out that such gross errors aren't new to Transformers, and certainly not new to the movie series. But it doesn't make it any less irritating and it does hamper one's ability to suspend disbelief and enjoy the story. :/ It's the reason why the DVD version of Star Wars A New Hope finally changed the Tractor Beam Power control so that the previously English text has been replaced with Aurabesh (since the English language technically doesn't exist in the Star Wars universe).
