I saw 1 or 2 boxes in each of the shops I visited in Tokyo back in December. Got mine from Hong Kong though.

Pretty happy with mine. A nice addition to my G1 Prime family. Good poseability, reasonably solid, and smooth transformation. Can't help but think though if this is Lego and not Diablock then it'd be perfect~
