Main Colours - Light blue, dark grey.
Main Accessories - 8 missiles

I picked this up a number of weeks ago when he was launched overseas along with his case/wave mates.

Pros:
Looks better in person than in pics
Transformation is pretty cool
8 Missiles!

Cons:
Doesn't really 'snap together' well in alt mode
Very short for a deluxe (yes, even shorter than Thunderwing!)
Stability issues due to being top heavy in bot mode
Limited articulation due to design of limbs

Overall, Mindset is just barely above average ~ worthwhile if you can pick him up cheap, but otherwise, don't bother - 6/10

147 views of this toy review, and nobody noticed that it was listed as a Decepticon? I guess I wasn't the only one who assumed it was a Decepticon based on his name & form homaging a Gen2 Decepticon.

I assumed he was a Decepticon. I've seen in stores a few times... meh, guess the toy doesn't interest me enough to even notice the faction. TFwiki doesn't make mention of it as a piece of trivia... I think it's noteworthy that a toy made as a homage to a G2 Decepticon happens to be a freakin' Autobot. :/

Glad I didn't pick up this toy then.

i think people just go for the Buy, Don't Buy part to decide if they do want the toy :P

This is the saddest Transformer to be released in the past year. The Hailstorm mould was designed to be a homage to G2 Mindset. And so they release this toy with a retooled head that looks nothing like Mindset in colours that aren't Mindset's and a faction that's not Mindset's. Absolutely the most disappointing missed opportunity - even if they just got the colours and face right this could have been one of the most inspired releases in a long time.
