Got Wreck Gar today. He's nicer than I expected. Even the abundant grays look better in person than in the photos (it's not your standard fare of bland Hasbro gray). Posted some action piccies here.![]()

Great toy. Love the robot mode, especially the head as others have said. I did initially give up on back-to-bike transformation, but after a quick check of the manual, have been able to do it quickly and accurately since.
Alt mode is a bit big if displayed as such next to line mates, but a necessary size for riding one's self.
I've already got two and intend to build an army with this one.
After reading all of these reviews I simply could not pass on the opportunity of owning him.
Now I just got to work out where I can display him![]()

I adore Bike Transformers and this is another reason to continue that love. None-the-less, it's Wreck-Gar to boot!
The alt mode looks very convincing with all the right proportions and, for the most part, hidden robot parts. Looking closer will show his hands visible and the head peeking our at the bottom of the engine. Otherwise that is a minor niggle to an awesome bike mode.
Conversion is always interesting with bikebots and this follows the trend. Unexpected, twists and bendsthat slowly reveal curvy humanoid proportions that would do Animated proud. The right leg was a little tricky but given enough give it converts properly.
Robot mode is just wow. I mean really... WOW! This is Wreck Gar indeed. That head with that freaky stache, his orange, brown, teal colour scheme is just perfect. I also adore the assymetry with the legs and the wheel on one side of his shoulder. His little windmill, sorry, blade is terrific. Articulation is top notch that makes for a believable robot mode. If I have one complaint, is that his head is a little sunk in, I would have liked it, if it was able to pop up a little more. but...
Overall this is a winner for me and my favorite figure for the year so far. Also, finally glad I found it after a month of searching.
frekin love this toy, didn't realised the front wheel could be dislodged, which WG can hold and use as a shield. I love how his moustache feels so nice and that his head can be easily removed. Wish the gears could of been colored.
Overall wonderful transformation, looking through the JP G1 Generations book there are 10 character head models for Wreck-Gar, gonna buy some more for security incase headrobots or 3rd party custom decides to make Junkion heads.![]()

hmmm I cant seem to "lock' the wheel sheild into the right arm? what am I doing wrong? anybody care to explain ( and mebbe take pics) of how they do it, coz it just slips out on its own please....thanks.
Wanted AM partner Vanguard, Myclones Dirge, G1 Victory Leo, e-hobby Dark scream ( the black version), e-hobby Magnificus
Parts- AM partner Basher-side guns, G1 Actionmaster Elite Windmill's blades[I][B]
There are some tabs the stick out of one side of the wheel, just near the metal pin. A straight piece on top with a small gap between the straight piece and pin. The gap clips onto the outside tab on his arm, although it's pretty loose, I find mine drops off at the drop of a hat (or shield).
Sorry, no pics, at work![]()
