    Default Jizatoys.. Anyone??

    Hi guys,

Do you guys know much about these figures. They look pretty awesome and I dont think its for sale any where.

If anyone has any info on how to get hold of these figures, please let us know.

The Powerglide, Wheelie, Cyclonus and Octane are all awesome.

I believe they get sold on a one day only basis at a Japanese toy fair. After that it's the secondary market, but they go for heaps on Ebay, which sucks because they look great.

You're right Paulbot, it seems to be extremely difficult to get your hands on any of these.

Word is that Jizaitoys only seems to sell at places like the Winter Wonder Festival in Japan

While occasionally they also show up on Demonbay

Unfortunately, All I can recommend is to keep checking Demonbay & keep plenty of funds saved up.

If I'm not mistaken, these are even sanctioned/acknowledged as Transformers by Takara. In return, I believe they are only sellable at certain events in unpainted kit versions.

Those haven't been authorised by Hasbro or Takara have they? I recall Wheelie and Cyclonus being fan-made figures at several BotCon art competitions, but not sure what the 'mass produced' versions were ever classified as, or where they were released.

Okay, I posted this after viewing the topic an hour ago, so what Jaydisc has mentioned could be true.

I believe they are only allowed to sell them on that one day, they get a license to sell them to the general public through Takara I believe for the single day that they request when the Japanese toy fairs are on.

Default There's 2 onsale now at Demonbay..

Yeah, I heard they are only allowed to sell them at shows and only in japan..

Hope they do release them one day.. also, i heard is a fair bit of kit bashing to put them together.

I found 2 on ebay for sale now, but man thats steep for the figure. Both have scratch finishing.

From Pulse's link, check out the seller's other items. $185 a pop.. If they were the well painted ones.. even so, I think thats way too steep.

Out of the ones Jizatoys have done, I think I like the Powerglide the best.

I'd love one too but at that price, I doubt I can or will ever afford one. It's the funniest licence toy since it's only validly bought as a TF for one or two days a year. If you buy it any other day, it's a KO! Strangey indeed
