    Nope.

    UTC+10:30 - Lowe Howe Island, NSW - Noone
    UTC+10:00 - Most of NSW, Vic, ACT, Tas - Tiby
    UTC+10:00 (No DST) - Qld - Griffin
    UTC+9:30 - SA, Broken Hill & Silverton, NSW - Sofaman
    UTC+9:30 (No DST) - NT - Noone
    UTC+8:00 - WA - 1orion2many

    Australia has far too many time zones. And just to make things even more muddled, Lord Howe's DST is 30 mins, so it's in the same time zone as the rest of NSW in summer.

    reckon sofaman should easily cover NT too isn't it

    Only when SA is in normal time (UTC+9:30), but not when SA is observing DST.
