Transformer DLC Characters, Maps & More This Summer (PS3 and Xbox)

Bought this, DLC and Downloaded it yesterday with my PS3 ...

IMO just above Meh, as i got Sideswipe and Jazz ...
( Jazz, is a tough little fighter in "online multiplayer" mode and i consider myself to be a rank amateur )

Though, i wish they were? "both" available in all the Autobot ground missions in single player though .

I just discovered Aerialbot as a single player......

Have to find out where each one can be used, its a bit annoying, going to certain levels to practise with a specifi character. I Like the Skydive paint scheme though!!

Ok so I have a noob question. I just downloaded this last night for my PS3, haven't played it So can you only use these new characters on set levels or do you have to do something to unlock them or how does it all work?

The extra skins, g1Optimus/Stealth bumblebee/g1 stars etc etc are selected by choosing the character and pressiing up/down on d-pad.

The others like Jazz/Sunstorm, Aerialbot and sideways are level specific, which is a little annoying, especially if you ant to play as one particular dude and can't remember which level they are on.

G1 Megs is only available on final Decepticon level.

IMO about the skins, It is really annoying "how" they implemented those in Multiplayer....
As, how can a character with the same abilities "be" considered a different character type and take up one of the 4 slots just for a skin.

And i really wish, they could of implemented a switch skin button like in Singleplayer instead of what we have now.

Okay I'm having dramas (I poured my heart out to Sleeve last night). The downloadable content doesn't work. I payed, downloaded and installed it but I couldn't find any characters. Then I saw Sleeve was playing multiplayer and I tried to join in but it said I didn't have the downloadable content on my game I don't know whats wrong.

Are you using an AUS console & AUS game?

its rare but some games wont work with DLC from mismatched regions
(ie: AUS Ps3 + US Game or vice-versa)

You didn't cancel the autosave by any chance? I pressed 0 instead of x on ghostbusters and almost had a heart attack when it didn't register my almost complete game, a quick reboot later and I was away.

You could always try downloading and installing the add-on again, it can be easily accessed from the dl-ed bit at the top of the PSN shop screen. Aside from that, I dunno...
