Some of the toys you're after are on Transfigure Toys (i've never bought from them, vaguely remember hearing semi-bad reports a while ago, but they've recently redone their website so they're at least 'there').

Autocon, instead of a credit card, you can also use your bank savings account for PayPal. It's just that the payment won't be instant and will require extra 3-5 working days of processing for each payment. Alternatively, you can also have some amount of money drawn from your bank into PayPal beforehand, so whenever you need to pay for something the payment will be instant. Then you just replenish the money in your PayPal account afterwards.
