It's not Engrish

It is totally Engrish. This is Budiansky Grimlock. There should be no comma anywhere between "me" and "Grimlock", they've put spaces before any sets of exclamation marks on the entire box and comics Grimlock has never said anything like "Humans are pest !!" Even at his least eloquent he eliminated verbs or pronouns or changed the case of subjective pronouns to objective ones, he didn't change plurals to singular. It's written by someone who can't properly write in English in the first place, let alone successfully imitate a dialect.

EDIT: and come to think of it, I doubt he would be meaning "Humans are a pest" anyway, he'd mean "Humans are pests." Which in Budiansky Grimlockese circa Marvel US #30-50 would be something along the lines of "Me Grimlock. Humans pests."
