I think they were doing Thor, then CA, and then the Avengers after that. I can't remember the exact schedule, but I think that was it. They have pretty much got a whole plan for the next few years with these characters.
Are Thor and Cap getting sequels before Avengers comes out? Avengers is scheduled for 2012 isn't it?
