Well it's just speculation at this stage, but for me, it's the chunkiness of his limbs (thighs, arms, legs) that make it scream Voyager size (not to mention all the ratcheted joints - most Deluxes utilise ball joints nowadays).

Who knows? Only time will tell... he might even end up being Scout sized for all we know
