Rodimus arrived today and there was crushing damage. so my Mp-09 box is damaged at the back top right corner. they had wrapped the box in thin bubble wrap only. sent an email to Anime Export requesting a new box so now awaiting a reply.
I'm not being unreasonable am I?

I don't think so; others might (those that are inclined to throw away the box). It depends on what you think is important and if it's enough to make you want to email them, then nobody can tell you you're wrong.Originally Posted by kaiden
