Without pics it's all speculation, It'll have to be something to make me buy another Prime, however it is possible.

Aside from the head I don't see how you can get Prime looking more like the cartoon than he already does.

The beauty of MP-1 was that it was roughly in scale with the Binaltech line. So if this new one is smaller it won't fit with HA either, but might work with Grimlock and the Seekers.

Rightfully so. Cab mode is abysmal, especially for a masterpiece. The latest RtS Legend has a better cab mode.

from reading around, it still seems to be Optimus Prime - human alliance style with proper seating for the human figure.

But fortress maximus sounds better.

Judging from what RK have posted... it is definitely a new convoy/prime mould. It has a figure- could be spike for the drivers seat- and is resized into a smaller cab/trailer. It is a new mould- whether that be a retooling of the old mpor a completely new design ( I think the latter).

Definitely not Fortress Maximus- although that would be sweet. Consider the cost of MP Rodimus was already about $200...

As unlikely as it is likely to be, Fort Max would be a must while yet another Prime is just meh. However I believe the rumor that the human may be Spike in his regular cartoon persona even if he is not a Headmaster.

RRP for MP-4 was ¥18000, and that was 5 years ago. Add inflation and ¥23100 is roughly consistent.
