Welp, quick update: I've arrived safely in nice sub-tropical Sakai-shi, Osaka-fu, Japan. JET Tokyo Orientation was exhausting, and the past two days in Osaka have been pretty madcap, but I'm in an awesome place with awesome people and a great supervisor.
Aside from my being illiterate and the heat and humidity it's great.

Real Estate prices are getting good in Melbourne. I saw a rather nice two-bedroom place today that has an asking price that one-bedroom places were selling for months ago.

Actually it was a bit more than rather nice. It was actually rather "better see the bank on Monday" nice.

Don't want to count my chickens too soon. I'm just happy that better places are going for cheaper prices. I highly suspect someone who's finances are sorted will be beat me.

(And the second room is for my collection... Until mortgage stress gets too much anyway!)

Thank to those whom have supported my Photo under the Transformers DOTM Warner Music Singapore Competition during the month of July.

I've came in Top 10 likes and have now been selected a winner amongst 4 others.

I've won myself a DOTM Voyager figure which I've chosen Megatron out of Optimus Prime and Ironhide as well as a DOTM Soundtrack. :P

Thanks again to those whom have supported me!
