They are a business that specializes in importing car parts, but can bring in anything you want via ems/airmail. The real killer would be their commission, which is a minimum of 2500yen or 20% of the purchase price, whichever is greater, so I could only recommend them for large purchases.
They've got a built in yahoo auctions translator and automatic quoting system in place once you create an account.
