im just getting over a cold now and like everyone else has said. rest, water, cold and flu tablets for me (although they dont make me feel that much better) and before going to bed a couple of glasses of port
if you can sweat it out all the better thats what i did last night its disgusting waking up all sweaty during the night but i feel heaps better today because of it. Im still not 100% but one more night and i should be fine
