I flagged the posts and requested the seller be verified before any transactions occurred.

dalianjj suddenly showing up directly after Waxpython/WoW was discharged for dubious activities seemed too convenient. Call it erring on the side of caution...

• His location was displayed as Sydney yet his IP was traced to China.
• His PayPal address uses a Hotmail account, where as Toy Fans have their own domain.
• He just appears saying he has access to otherwise unobtainable items, until the second batch.

If members are able to purchase FT products directly through him on TFW2005 it's actually preferable, as we know that member is who he says he is and has a wider community.

No offense was intended to dalianjj, it was just a precaution.

While I agree with kup that some kind of notice to dalianjj was probably in order, I also have to admit that the mods made a fair call under the (difficult) circumstances - thanks for looking out for us, guys.

Coincidentally, I felt kind of bad for dalianjj re. his unfortunate reception here, and so sent him the following message via my TFW2005 account:

I hope you're not so put off by the unfortunate introduction that you decide to avoid otca in the future. It's a nice little community and lots of posters there are eagerly looking forward to seeing what you guys at FT have come up with.

Unfortunately I had limited time when it was brought to my attention by another staff member, I decided to act and was going to contact dalianjj when I had access again. When I did get back on dalianjj had already re-posted so I made the comment in the thread to explain what happened. It has now been explained on this board and by Ode on another board. I apologise if he feels I have offered offence but would not change what I did as I believe it was in the best interest of the board at the time.

I hope they offer the solid colour piece to people who bought the first round, AND it's good to here that there will be the option for a more accurate hose postiion.
