(I'm guessing he gets killed in the issue and it's a parody of Star Trek red shirts. If not, it's truly a bad name.)

Marvel has a character called Redwing (Falcon's pet bird) so when the toy comes out, we might expect it to be "Decepticon Red Wing"? That's not a name, it's a generic description.
