I wonder he meant shipping to US place he stores and not to Australia, kind of difficult to see how he manage to get it shipped here at that price, I would start selling here and make a big profit without being called a scalper.

So how much did it cost with shipping and everything from Amazon to get Metroplex shipped here?

Mine was $165 including shipping. But he took far longer to ship and was on backorder - even though he was still showing as "in stock".
I think they're eating into whatever meagre profit they get for the toy with the subsidised shipping ($124.99 reg, so about forty bucks). But I buy a lot of books and DVD's from them, so I'm sure they'll get their money back somehow
On the lookout for MISB Headmaster Highbrow, Takara or Hasbro. I'm sure I could make you a sweet deal!

He arrived! This toy is bigger than my son! Wow! $105 shipped! It was $155 from Amazon shipped, but I took the offer to apply and purchase with an Amazon CC for this purchase which was an instant $50 credit. So purchased and shipped to Sydney for $105 USD. Not bad.

I havent even begun to place the stickers on this massive machine!

    Everyone enjoying theirs!

I have the encore Fort Max on my POL, but most likely wont be shipping that till October when the TW figure is due in.

Cannot wait to compare. Now only if there was a decepticon with this titan class. The G1 Skorponok just doesnt cut it!

It took me over 2.5 hours (probably a tad under 3h) to get all the stickers on!! Things that were frustrating were:
+ Sheer number of stickers, some of which were tiny and I needed to use the edge of a box cutter to help apply.
+ The black stickers that go on the right shoulder are hard to wedge in, especially the long one where one end has to dip into that TINY space -- I find that the sticker gets scratched when the head moves. I've had that sticker pop out when moving the head and I've had to use my cutter blade to wedge it back in. If push comes to shove, I'm gonna cut the end of that off.
+ The sticker instructions are just craphouse.
+ As you said, it was hard getting the stickers into certain positions. A few of mine are crooked.

Oh gawd... after I'd finished applying all the stickers I installed a pair of batteries and the sound gimmick initially didn't work. I tried another pair and it still wouldn't work. At first I freaked out not so much about the trouble of exchanging this toy, but having to redo all the stickers again! Honestly... I'd just live with a busted electronic gimmick than spend another 2.5~3h of my life reapplying all those stickers!!

Very true, nemesis Metroplex perhaps Titan Trypticon would be Metro's direct opponent though. Imagine that !!
