My SW box was delivered in a courier satchel. Nooooooooo. The wife sent photos showing busted corners and edges. it's not that much extra effort to place SW in a shipping box, is it?

Want to know if others received their online purchase in a satchel.

This can be an expensive hobby, particularly when it comes to Masterpeices. But some things are worth saving for. Soundwave is so popular and iconic. I always knew it would sell out but this rapid sell out feels unprecedented. (At least since the original sell outs nearly 30 years ago.) MP-10 was similar but had the second batch which doesn't look like Sound wave will have.

Sadly.....I can confirm you are not alone with this.

It has a few dings in it to say the least >

    And the worst offence:

Needless to say, an email is being written.

Ouch, that's some pretty bad damage to the boxes.

I was expecting maybe some denting in the corners only... wow again.

Wow Golden Phoenix that is heartbreaking box damage. Hopefully your soundwave is a model of excellent paint application to make up for it.

I think everyone learned a lesson from the MP10 mania, I was lucky and scored on the second supply, but yeah Soundwave looks like this is a once off A bit silly from a money making view if your name is Mr Hasbro.

Looks like they are shipping out the damaged stock and keeping the clean stuff for shop stock. Got to be expected I suppose but still...
