I have to skip all after I get my yf-30, I think that will be it. I really cannot afford another Alto, Ozma, version. I think I already over spend in the Macross section which I had no intent to as it was meant to be Alto and Ozma tops and now I already like have additional 4 planes. lol

VF-OD looks good, but I have to pass for myself.

nah, I skip the YF-19, its good if you really a fan. The Isamu YF-29 was enough for me.

with that, HLJ had replied saying that none of their staff are allowed to leak info or they be fired for the Ozma. However I told them there isn't any proof it wasn't leaked and is per say.

Any customer can be a family member. Basically my point was it wasn't published on the main pages where it should. I have asked they provided all new pre-order items on a separated page. Its basically suspicious and unfair that such an hot item was released with wrong name and not published publicly. REGARDLESS it was an honest mistake that's the reputation you hold on how the company ran for that order.

I be suspicious that it wasn't anyone non staff related got an order.

I am pretty sure Tober got similar reply from hlj.com. They zoom down to stock to say there were only 12 pieces. However I emphasis the unfairness wasn't the quantity and was how they published and release the toy without the majority knowing.

Anyway I don't think I will get any further. If they do not understand the frustration we went through and the unfairness of that release, then there is no more to say honestly.

I got a basic apology for the spelling mistake. I think the reason they intend to put up orders again and delay initial listing is because they are trying to source more stock. Similar to what Nippon Yasan does. They wouldn't want to admit to that, and they have a policy of not charging nore than RRP.

Ordering at HLJ lasted somewhere between 2 to 3 minutes. That's a lot longer than Amiami, Hobby Search or Anime Export.
Which brings us to where we are today...

Yes, they admitted that they were seeking for more stock.
I emphasis the complaint wasn't the quantity. It's how the item was released.

My feedback was if you want it to be fair to all, have a pre order Page, not a silent release. At it was it slipped past all of us.
