There's an article on Seibertron.com (http://www.seibertron.com/transforme...poilers/29459/) with a description of the full trailer, which, providing it is accurate, would seem to spoil the bulk of the plot points. I don't remember the trailers of the other Bay films being quite so spoiler-y. I'm hoping the description is merely fan invention/speculation, otherwise, there's not likely to be many surprises left in the movie.

Here's what they say for Grimlock Chomp and Stomp.

GRIMLOCK has different lights and sounds depending on whether he’s riding into battle with an AUTOBOT or a DECEPTICON. Figure comes with a non-converting Optimus Prime robot figure. Requires two AAA batteries (demo batteries included).

Now it could just be a toy action feature they've added in the design, that is completely independent of the movie plot. But I'm going to be really ticked off if Grimlock becomes the new Sentinel Prime Judas. That's not true to his character.
I saw that in a post about the toy the other day. I think it means there could be something in the movie like the cartoon episode "War of the Dinobots" where dimmer Dinobots get tricked (or forced) into working for the Decepticons. But that's just a guess.

Grimlock also defected and worked with Megatron in the Dreamwave comics. And he's rebellious in most continuities, so it's not exactly "not true to his character" for him to be on the opposite side of things to Prime some times.

It could also be a way to justify the huge price tag on a toy by making it work with all figures.

Could be that Grimlock starts off non-aligned in the film and chooses the Autobots?

By the new trailer that seems right, like he starts off wild and Prime proves himself mighty and wins him over.

The new trailer also seems to show humans are building Transformers. This was speculated about wasn't it? Bumblebee seems to be looking at a showroom model of one (well two, one in each mode). Perhaps these become the foot soldiers for the Decepticons via remote control/rewiring etc. these sparkless abominations.

I hope the human anti-Transformer Men in Black are called RAAT. I really hope so! But my first thought was they were Alice style Decepticon pretenders.

I'm guessing AOE will be taking some cues from the Skywatch story line of IDW G1. God I hope Bay doesn't call the MIBs Skywatch.

I'm guessing they're the drone type characters we see in the Kreon Galvatron Factory Battle & Grimlock Street Attack sets

That man-made bot in the showroom is Deception Stinger, I'm guessing he was the only prototype made and finished and at some point turns evil and obeys Galvatron or Lockdown. I'm guessing Galvatron was built by the humans, I think they took Megatrons corpse and fixed him up , but Megatrons brain was still intact but somehow the humans restarted it or something which created Galvatron, and he took over the factory and started making those fugly Vehicon drones and he took Stinger under his wing.

Oh and by the looks of it the humans are hunting Transformers because they think theirs are better and therefore by the trailer Ratchet dies, Optimus and Bee get new looks to disguise themselves too. There you have it, Ratchet survived 3 movies protecting humans only to get slaughtered by them in the end. I would have much preferred Lockdown to be the one to end Ratchets life, as a little Animated reference there. I'm also guess Dino and Sideswipe were killed too.

I was thinking if they are going to have a factory with human-made transformers, maybe they could also reference a toy factory in the movie producing some merchandise for the kids and even show a toy shop full of vehicon toys shelf warming instead of bumblebees
