Yep. It's not like there'll be a shortage of Wave 1 product anywhere
    I'd wait for Target's obligatory 20 % off sale if buying locally, $24 for a Deluxe & $39 for a Voyager

Yeah I'm holding out for now as well, as they will come down in price no doubt.
Big W may have them cheaper as well, plus staff discount.
June toy sales aren't that far away either.
I did pick up Slug though, pretty cool figure. Scorn looks awesome as well.

It will be interesting to see if they get pulled off shelf within a day or two (at Hasbro's direction), or if other stores are instructed to break the street date... which is still a bit over 2 weeks away.

Kmart Geelong is missing all it's TF stock at the moment (save for some Platinum Primes). Not sure how long this has been going on for but I assume it's because they are about to restock with the new line. Fingers crossed!

Went out to nearby stores to see if anywhere else besides the 2 known places had put out their AOE stuff yet, sadly none had

Big W and Toyworld in Sunbury had next to nothing

Target in Sunbury had restocked their wave 3 Beast Hunter and Generations deluxes, again... (FOC: Air Raid, Side Swipe, Magnus, Kickback) (BH: Dreadwing, Ratchet, Skystalker) they also have a fair few wave 1 and preview wave Kreon Micro Changers going out for $1 each (stickers on pack say $2 but they scan as $1)

Big W, Toyworld and Target in Watergardens had next to nothing

KMart Fountain Gate has a whole slew of AOE toys - all the wave one deluxes @$29, construct bots @$19, voyagers @$49, flip and change Grimlock (big one) @$39, ridiculously ugly and overpriced 12" Titan OP @$19, deluxe attackers (simplified deluxes with a gimmick) Strafe, Hound, Crosshairs, and BBee @$24, and small one-step changers Drift, Grimlock and OP @$19.

Big W Ballarat has Strafe Hound and Crosshairs in the weird simplified semi-deluxe sized moulds for $25. Strafe can do a spin attack, and Hound has a quickdraw feature. Which don't match with the pricing at the start of the thread at all. They looked pretty decent until I saw the price. I'll snap a photo later if I remember.

Ah, according to the wiki they'd be "Power Battlers".

Kmart at Chadstone had AOE Deluxes, one step changers, power battlers and titans. No Voyagers. While I was looking at Slug, an excited (future Ozformer!) teenager came up and walked away with one of each new Deluxe ignoring the "simplified" toys. The brand is in good hands!
