Daca Toys Kronos (Skyfire)

Tfsource has offered to replace the figure but that means I have to post the figure to them and then wait for them to send it back to me. Not sure what I'm going o do yet. I'm going to look at the figure again tonight now that I've had a chance to cool off after initially seeing it. Doesn't help that I got scoria in the same shipment which is awesome and makes kronos look even worse.

Is shipping coming out of your pocket or are they paying for that??

If fanstoys was the same height and dimensions it would be a no-brainer but thinking theirs will be smaller....I'm conflicted.

Some on other boards have got great ones, others terrible. It's a roll of the Dice for sure

Pretty sure FansToys have said theirs will be the same size, if not a little bigger. It was in a post by dalianjj on TFW when the prototype Kronos was first revealed.

Got my shipment from tfsource today only to find a massive hole in the back of the box, and one of the little red tabs broken off in the box. Pretty crap paint job aswell. I really feel I've been ripped off with this figure. Too anyone considering this figure DO NOT BUY!!! Anyone who can cancel there order do it now.

I have to pay for the postage upfront and they reimburse me when they get the figure. But your not allowed to use express mail only standard delivery. So if it's lost in transit then your left wih no figure.

@ Micktimus: Can you post up review pics, when and if you can please? It looks alright in the promotion pics, but those are usually touched up so as to sell the toys.From the start though I find the toy a bit too simple for that size, so haven't been interested in getting one. A few pics might help people here more in warning them about what defects the product have as opposed to whatever pics the company will release as those would only be the best shots and not what the product really is like, defects and all.. Thanks for the Warning too.

@TFiGuy: that response letter back to you from Daca Toys sounds a little bit uncaring and combative. As one who is legitimately giving them a good feedback on what is wrong with their product (so they can improve it) it's a bit like "talk to the hand" in my impression. I'd say from reading the last few entries you might wanna stop getting the toy coz it sound a lot of issues have risen up from it. Pretty much like Sonicron as Oberon Sexton said - I have that toy, and for all the beauty of the design, the execution is sloppy as and I'm sorry I got this toy. I wouldn't pass it on (selling or gifting) though as it's not something the recipient would prolly appreciate me for... it's that bad.... and I get the feeling this Kronos is like that.

I took my kronos out of the box tonight and had a good look at it, after waiting 24hours after my initial shock with my box coming with a big hole in the back of it.
With a calmer mind this is my thoughts on kronos:
The figure is big and has a good weight too it
The paint is bad, lots or wear marks on the white and the red is splashed onto areas that should be white.
Arm joints are very loose and only one arm can hold his gun
The box was full of white plastic shavings which I have never experienced ever
The packaging looks cool except when u have a hole in it
If u put the figure on display and don't look at it too close then it wi probably be fine.
I don't think I'll ever transform this figure for fear of breaking it.

Final thoughts if your lucky enough to get one of these without the problems I've had then you may well enjoy this figure.

I did the same thing recently. No issues. Would prefer not to experience this again as sending the item back & receiving a replacement took well over a month with snail mail.

You CAN return the item using Express Mail, but Tfsource will only reimburse a portion of the postage cost.

did he say that or are you assuming? would really like to get one from him too if he is willing to check item for defect before shipping...
