    Note: Shopping online with an overseas business. If you buy from an online seller based overseas, you should be aware that you may experience practical difficulties in obtaining a remedy from them.

    I've never had an issue with tony or from FT.

    I've had a few issues with orders from chimungmung that tony was always more than happy to resolve. he tends to want to save on shipping in alot of cases, so waits to combine shipments for replacement parts.

    for FT your best bet for a response is to contact (private message) a user called dalianjj on tfw2005 forums. he is a rep for fanstoys

    da lian is on Facebook. found him and he accepted my friend request. Barely ever posts on there. I PM'd him on FB and still no reply.

    I'll try the TFW forums and see how active he is there.

    Thanks for this tip! Sent a PM to him and he replied almost immediately. Sent an email to service@fanstoys.com with pics of damage.

    I still have hope for a replacement without having to pay shipping fees.
