Its part of the Japanese Version of RiD called Transformers Adventures.
A few generations/Beast Hunters moulds weren't released as well, so they repainted em through in as well.

Centre is AOE Strafe, from the Dinobots Unleashed 5 pack
Right is Takara's TAV Swoop, repaint of the Animated Swoop, just no weapon
