Transformers questions by newbies, and not-so-newbies

Yeah, push in the chrome cylinders on the sides of the legs as they trigger the locking mechanism. I've never had any problems with it.

Yeah, there is a certain technique. It took me a while to work it out, but now it's a piece of cake.

Try not to push the chrome bits from the centre, push them from one end (i forget which!) and jiggle the leg at the same time.

I've seen reissues of transformers on online stores/ebay, I was wondering if there was a reissue of Devastator done.

iirc it's the top end. You will see it push in and that's when you know you're doing it properly.

with the mp04 has anyone had lots of trouble retracting primes legs? ive tried using a fair ammount of force and it doesnt seem to work, all i have to do is push in the chrome bits on the side of his legs right?

When I first got mine, Those legs didn't wanna retract at all... I just could not figure it out...

Then with a bit of jimmying & jammying with the fuel tanks, I must have hit the sweet spot & they slid up with ease... (Maybe yours is exactly like mine)

indeed is was, took a while tho. then i realised i couldnt fit it with my other TF's in truck mode, so now it has a shelf all to itself :P
