That's quite a wait time. My package from AmiAmi arrived in less than 5 business days (just a day after I left for an overseas wedding). MP Tracks was everywhere in HK for roughly $380HKD.

i have 3 on the way from chimunmung in hk (ft03,ft05 and dx9 tyrant)

ended up having to order ft12 and ft03 from chimungmung as they were for presents for my son as tfi is just too darn slow, this is the second time ive had to do this with things that i had on order with them

So I just made a massive purchase for the remainder of the Binaltechs I need from one seller who pretty much has the complete collection (except Black Convoy). I wish I could get this before Christmas, but seeing as it's from the States, won't be until next month sometime.
