    I think some people are making much ado about nothing since we haven't seen the final production figure yet. In the test shots: he's red at least... and transforms into a van... that's gotta count for something!

    MP Ironhide is a MUST HAVE for me. Outside of Optimus he has always been my favourite character. He's the ultimate robot in disguise - c'mon - who would think that a simple red econovan would turn into a fearless kick-arse Cybertronian warrior? He's not a flashy sports car or jet and I find that interesting and unique in itself.

    I've had him on pre-order for months and I can't wait to have him by my MP-10's side at long last.

    I haven't been following this much so may have missed the discussion, but why is there a large grey square on his roof? Why is it not red like the rest of the vehicle mode??

    G1 toy accuracy.

    Looks great btw, better than I thought, I'll most likely display in vehicle though. Ratchet looks better to me.

    The toy had a black sunroof, I cant recall if the toon version did too?
